Market Policies & Agreement

Welcome to the hive. This agreement covers how the Winter Village at Downtown Daybreak works, what we provide, and what we ask of you. Please read it fully before applying — submitting an application and paying your booth fees means you accept these terms. We've kept it plain-spoken on purpose. If anything's unclear, ask us before you commit.

Vendor Qualifications & Promise

At Salt & Honey Market, we believe in empowering creative people to do what they do best—create. Our mission is to support passionate makers and inspired professionals in bringing their ideas to life and
building thriving small businesses.

To nurture this creative economy, we carefully curate our markets to mostly highlight and feature products that are original, handmade, unique, vintage, repurposed, or locally designed and produced.

By agreeing to our vendor terms below, you’re confirming that everything you sell aligns with the vision of our terms and conditions.

Our markets are juried to maintain a high standard, and we’re always on the lookout for the best and brightest creatives to join us.
We hope that includes you!

*IMPORTANT*

this is a self-staffed market

Unlike the Salt & Honey shop and our central-checkout markets, the Winter Village is vendor-run.
You staff your own booth, run your own sales and payment, collect and remit your own sales tax, and report your nightly revenue to us. Although a big commitment, we are creating a lasting Utah holiday tradition and your dedication to your craft is what will make this market magical.

We build and run the village so you can run your business and holiday magic that comes with it.
