Salt & Honey Market’s “Understory” Art Show explores the story underneath — the quiet one, the one you only notice when you slow down; thoughts, feelings, inspiration hidden and growing amongst layers of daily life and shared experiences.  Life is built in overlapping phases and experiences; the hidden, vital growth beneath a canopy of daily routines, mistakes and triumphs, vulnerabilities and truth, milestones and memories; revealing the deep, unspoken, foundational layers, which form a compressed layer of sediment that builds the human experience, and who we are today.
