Jeanette Lukens

My work reflects my love for the beautiful and wild places of the Southwest US.  I love wildlife, national parks, and the beauty and colors from the natural world.  I depict these places and things through wood and linoleum block prints.  Each print is an original work of art printed by hand from a block carved by hand.  Color pieces require multiple printings from the same block or multiple blocks.  I love the process of print making because you are never quite certain how the final product will look until it is finished.
