Emily Fox King is an award-winning oil painter recognized for her vibrant and richly textured compositions. Her process is instinctive, built without sketches and guided by movement, intuition, and material. Raised in Washington, Emily spent her childhood riding horses and filling her school books with sketches of them. She later earned a BA in painting, followed by an MFA in printmaking and drawing.
