I am a Utah-based painter drawn to the landscapes that shape both place and memory. I prefer to work en plein air to capture the shifting light and layered textures of mountains, lakes, and valleys, translating them into paintings that balance immediacy with quiet reflection. My background in printmaking and art education informs my attention to composition and process, while my role as a mother and traveler infuses my work with lived experience and story. Each painting becomes both a record of time spent in nature and an invitation to pause, notice, and feel rooted in the beauty of the world around us.
