About
Nuha Moretz
My art is deeply personal, a place where I escape the noise of everyday life and find refuge in creativity. It’s a journey of self-discovery—a dialogue between my emotions and the landscapes that inspire me. Each piece I create reveals something new, often unearthing stories, memories, and emotions that I didn’t even know were there. It’s as much about what I feel as it is about what I see—an ongoing exploration of my inner world through layers of texture, color, and composition.
Nature is at the heart of my work, a soulful reflection of my connection to the world around me. The expansiveness of horizons, the elegance of aspens, and the grandeur of mountains all fuel my creative spirit. I believe we all share a deep bond with nature, and through my art, I want to invite others to pause and connect with its beauty. It’s a reminder to reflect on cherished memories, to feel inspired by the wonder of the world, and to consider how we might preserve it for the future.
Alongside my nature-inspired pieces, I create abstract collages using scrap paper, fabric, and other materials to tell stories without words. Through balanced shapes, colors, and textures, these works invite curiosity, joy, and personal reflection.
Negative space is key in my work, creating balance and letting each form breathe. My art explores harmony and the quiet power of stillness amid life’s movement.
