This painting depicts the garden's central pond presided over by a graceful female figure—a silent guardian of the botanical treasures surrounding her for nearly a century. Caught in a fleeting moment when sunlight broke through the clouds, the statue seems to radiate feminine energy, commanding the landscape with understated presence.
