Directions: Before each use, shake the bottle to ensure the minerals are evenly distributed. Spray directly onto clean, dry skin. Ideal areas include arms, legs, torso, low back/belly during menstrual cycle, and bottoms of the feet at nighttime. Avoid sensitive areas such as the face or broken skin. You can gently rub the spray into your skin to enhance absorption. Let the spray air dry for a few minutes; no need to rinse.

For best results, apply once or twice daily, preferably after showering or before bedtime.

Note: This product contains a high concentration of pure magnesium, so a bit of sticky residue is normal. Some people experience mild stinging or dryness after use.
