Philippines 75% Single Origin Chocolate Bar

Made from the organic cacao of Kablon Farms, Philippines: harvested by the indigenous people of Mindanao. With uniquely delicious notes of earthy peanut and fudge. This is a micro lot release so enjoy it while it is here! Kablon Farms has been organic since 1990 and they were the leaders of implementing the cacao fermentation process in the region. The farm is surrounded by pineapple farms and promotes biodiversity through multi-crop farming, growing coconuts, black pepper and tropical fruits like passionfruit and mangosteen alongside their cacao.
